Isn't that the cutest commercial? It's been playing every year on TV ever since I can remember and I always enjoy seeing it. That said, I hope you all enjoy a wonderful and safe holiday season! I won't be blogging for the next few days, as I expect many of you won't be either in favor of celebrating the season with friends and family. Thank you all so much for stopping by to chat and read my posts throughout the year. I love and appreciate you all so much! Also, just in case you didn't see, a mini-episode of BBC's Sherlock was released today. Be sure to check it out!

The Story: Responsibility knocks, and a reckless, hedonistic man responds and opens the door to love—thus is a daredevil snared. #1 New York Times bestselling author Stephanie Laurens brings you the third installment in THE ADVENTURERS QUARTET, continuing the drama of Regency-era high seas adventure, laced with a mystery shrouded in the heat of tropical jungles, and spiced with the passionate romances of four couples and their unexpected journeys into love. Captain Caleb Frobisher, hedonistic youngest son of a seafaring dynasty, wants to be taken seriously by his family, and understands he has to prove himself sufficiently reformed. When opportunity strikes, he seizes the next leg of the covert mission his brothers have been pursuing and sails to Freetown. His actions are decisive, and he completes the mission’s next stage—but responsibility, once exercised, has taken root, and he remains in the jungle to guard the captives whose rescue is the mission’s ultimate goal. Katherine Fortescue …
Sooooo, I'll be the first to admit it, Ross Poldark is NOT my favorite character right now. In fact, after ~that~ season two scene, I'm pretty sure I will never be a fan of his again. However, this series has such a wealth of complex, interesting characters, that I am still very much looking forward to season three!
Will Dwight and Caroline's love continue to survive in spite of the obstacles thrown their way? Will Demelza continue to hold her own against Ross? Will Elizabeth and George move away and spare us all? I can't say as I've ever found a couple who were more deserving of each other. Hmmmm...those Warleggans sure are a nasty bunch, aren't they?
If you're wondering about all these characters so many have come to know and love (or hate!), take a peek at the trailer for season three! I'm so glad that the BBC has decided to bless us with a third season so soon after the second. I hope that PBS follows suit for its US viewers. Don't make us wait …
