From the publisher:
Welcome to the wilds of Montana, where humor, romance, and suspense ride the range. Glowing Sun, a white woman raised by the Flathead tribe, has vague memories of her former life, including a name—Abby Lind. When she’s forced to sever all links with her adopted family, Abby wonders if she’ll ever find a home again. Tenderhearted Wade Sawyer, responsible for Abby’s survival during the village massacre, convinces the knife-wielding woman to return with him to the Sawyer Ranch, never realizing danger lurks behind every corner. Can they survive long enough to fall in love?

My Review:
Mary Connealy is one of my favorite Christian fiction authors, hands down. She always combines humor with hunky heroes and feisty heroines to weave a romance that will make you sigh and Wildflower Bride is no exception. It is a wonderful conclusion to the Montana Marriages series.

In Wildflower Bride we meet Wade Sawyer, the reformed bad boy with a kind heart and Abby Linscott, the tenacious heroine who was raised by Flathead Indians. When they both get together and Abby agrees to stay at the home of Wade's snarly father, Mort things get crazy, tempers flare and knives are pulled!! Ms. Connealy sure knows how to make you feel as if you're right in the thick of things, be it in the middle of a fight with greedy killers or ducking for cover with Red when Cassie is practicing her knife throwing.

I loved this book and even though I haven't read Book 2, The Husband Tree, I was still able to get the gist of this story with no problem from having read only Book 1, Montana Rose (my review). I highly recommend this and any of Mary Connealy's series's if you love good, clean, romance that tickles the funny bone!

  2. I'm soooo jealous, Renee! I can't wait to read this one, and see if Wade can make me 'fall in love' with him, cuz I despised him in Montana Rose. ;)

    Another wonderful review - thanks!

  3. I have to agree with Lori--I'm jealous! Hope I can read this one soon, too. :) I read The Husband Tree and really enjoyed it. If you can get a hold of a copy, I'm sure you'd love it, too, even if you've read the third in the series.

    Thanks for sharing your review!
