I thought October was going to be a good month after I made it past my email "hacker" troubles in September. Well you know what they say, "Don't get happy yet!" Last Tuesday afternoon my router/modem died and I called Verizon tech support 5 times last week. I was supposed to get a new modem by last Thursday but of course that DIDN'T happen. After a few more calls on Friday a new modem was finally ordered and I just received it today! So I am back up and running. Hopefully!
