Debut Historical Romance from the Pen of Lisa Berne: You May Kiss the Bride (The Penhallow Dynasty #1)

The Story: GENERAL MARKET, HISTORICAL ROMANCE In an unforgettable debut, Lisa Berne introduces you to the Penhallow Dynasty—men destined to marry, but hesitant to love. Wealthy and arrogant, Gabriel Penhallow knows it’s time to fulfill his dynastic duty. All he must do is follow the 'Penhallow way': find a biddable bride, produce an heir and a spare, and then live separate lives. It’s worked so well for generations, certainly one kiss with the delectable Livia Stuart isn’t going to change things. Society dictates he marry her, and one chit is as good as another as long as she’s from a decent family. But Livia’s transformation from an original to a mundane diamond of the first water makes Gabriel realize he desperately wants the woman who somehow provoked him into that kiss. And for all the ladies who’ve thrown themselves at him, it’s the one who wants to flee whom he now wants. But how will he keep this independent miss from flying away? Visit Lisa online ! Pa...

Please take a few minutes to "meet" Amber below and check out my thoughts on her debut novel too. I'm sure Amber will be stopping by so if you'd like to leave a comment for her, please do! Meet Amber Stokes, Author of Bleeding Heart!  ~ How long did it take you to write Bleeding Heart?  About 2 years – but that’s because I was only working on it off and on durin...

One of the first people I had the chance to "meet" through this blog was fellow reader, Amber Stokes, then known as Border's Girl (you'll have to ask her about that ;-) ). Not only is she a reader but a book blogger AND an author! I haven't had the chance to read her book, Bleeding Heart , yet but I'll just bet that it's going to be AWESOME! Today, I'm so happy to be a part of the cover release party for the book! I'm sure it will be a great success. I don't know about you, but just based on the cover alone I can tell it's going to be my kind of story. So drumroll please... The cover for Bleeding Heart by Amber Stokes! Isn't it lovely? I can't wait till this book is released and I can read it!!!!!!!! The Story: Five bleeding hearts. One profound journey. Summ...
