Black 'n' Gold Girl's Book Spot

Well, it's official. This is the movie I'm most looking forward to this year! I'm not gonna lie, Tom Hiddleston, Benedict Cumberbatch, AND Jeff Goldblum in the same movie? SQUUEEEE!!!! My poor geeky heart... Best Line: "He's a friend from work!" 😝

Sooooo, I'll be the first to admit it, Ross Poldark is NOT my favorite character right now. In fact, after ~that~ season two scene, I'm pretty sure I will never be a fan of his again. However, this series has such a wealth of complex, interesting characters, that I am still very much looking forward to season three! Will Dwight and Caroline's love continue to survive in spite of the obstacles thrown their way? Will Demelza continue to hold her own against Ross? Will Elizabeth and George move away and spare us all? I can't say as I've ever found a couple who were more deserving of each other. Hmmmm...those Warleggans sure are a nasty bunch, aren't they? Guys. It's FINALLY here! *insert heart eyes emoji* After all those photos in EW a few months ago and the set photos shared by Marvel last week, I've been dying to see some real footage of Benedict Cumberbatch aka Stephen Strange in action or at least some more details on the story itself. While there isn't much in the way of action, I loved the glimpses of Tilda Swinton and Rachel McAdams that I wasn't expecting to see! I've posted the trailer below. I have a thing for a certain ginger detective, so when I found this trailer a few days ago on Youtube, I was a liiiittle excited to say the least. I have no idea when it will debut on PBS, but it's airing right now on ITV! If you've seen the show, please feel free to post your thoughts on it in the comments section. Since none of us here in the US have seen it yet, please try to keep your comments spoiler free. AFter the season two cliffhanger, I can't wait to see what happens next.

Are you all as excited as I am about the Doctor Who Christmas special, "The Time of the Doctor"? I can't believe it's LESS THAN A WEEK AWAY! I'll probably cry a lot since it's Matt Smith's final episode, but it will also be (hopefully) a great new beginning for the 12th Doctor played by Peter Capaldi. Apparently, I should go on bike rides everyday. The universe is trying to tell me that it's a good thing to try and get healthy and as a reward decided to gift me with this lovely Sherlock , Series 3 teaser trailer. Facebook and other social sites were exploding with posts and messages about the series when I popped online during my cool down session a few minutes ago. So much for cooling down.... I'm going to aim for 30 miles on the trail next instead of 15.5 miles, with hopes I get rewarded with an actual episode! Who am I kidding, the 30 miles on the trail will probably happen waaaay before series 3. What an optimist, eh? Ha ha! Well I hope you all enjoy this little tidbit as much as I did, I think I've watched it 10 times already. I threw in a "bonus" that I found from the Hey, Sherlock...
