Well, it's official. This is the movie I'm most looking forward to this year! I'm not gonna lie, Tom Hiddleston, Benedict Cumberbatch, AND Jeff Goldblum in the same movie? SQUUEEEE!!!! My poor geeky heart... Best Line: "He's a friend from work!" 😝

You. Guys. SDCC, or San Diego Comic-Con for those of you not as familiar with geek speak, is THE place to be if you love movies, TV, comics, or pop culture of almost any kind. Unfortunately, I have never had the opportunity to attend, but I always follow the goings on pretty closely online. There are always a plethora of teasers, character reveals, and of course exclusive movie trailer releases. This year's SDCC guests have not disappointed. I gotta say I thought superhero films were getting a liiiittle played out, but boy was I wrong. The trailer for Wonder Woman just blew me away and the second official Doctor Strange trailer is trippy as all get out. And the tagline for that one..."The impossibilities are endless". Whoa. Superheroes are clearly here to stay and both films are bound to be blockbusters or I'll eat my hat! Is there anything from SDCC that you want to discuss? What films are you most excited to see? Guys. It's FINALLY here! *insert heart eyes emoji* After all those photos in EW a few months ago and the set photos shared by Marvel last week, I've been dying to see some real footage of Benedict Cumberbatch aka Stephen Strange in action or at least some more details on the story itself. While there isn't much in the way of action, I loved the glimpses of Tilda Swinton and Rachel McAdams that I wasn't expecting to see! I've posted the trailer below. TARDIS Knit Dress Photo from Heruniverse.com I don't know many people who aren't suckers for the Christmas season. As much as I HATE the cold, I love the thought of a white Christmas spent with family and friends. In fact, I think Christmas is the only time of year I wish for snow. Of course it never seems to happen, but I can continue to hope, right? Oh well.

I've become something of a TV addict. It just seems that the networks are picking up some really awesome and original series's than in past years and I spend most of my nights planted on the couch. This year's Elementary (a modern take on Sherlock Holmes) and Beauty and the Beast (a twist on the hit series from the 80s) are two of my freshman favorites, luckily BOTH were picked up for second seasons. This fall looks even more promising for series debuts. Sleepy Hollow and Almost Human (both on Fox) and ABC's Once Upon a Time in Wonderland and Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. definitely have some potential. Hopefully, they are good enough to keep viewers coming back each week. I love Karl Urban ( Star Trek ) and Tom Mison ( Lost in Austen ) so it will be nice to see them each week on the small screen.
