Hallmark Channel's Countdown to Christmas: Let It Snow (2013)

I'm such a sap when it comes to Christmas movies -- the cheesier and mushier the better! For me, Christmas is the perfect time of year not just because of all of the holiday cheer and family traditions but because channels like ABC Family and Hallmark air a bazillion feel good movies. It's as easy to sit down on any given weekend following up to Christmas day and binge on tinsel-filled flicks as it is to binge on Netflix during the summer. Hey, it's okay to lounge around in sweats with a cup of cocoa (extra marshmallows, please!) once a year, right?

This weekend the Hallmark Channel is going to air a brand new original Christmas movie, Let It Snow, starring Candace Cameron Bure (Full House) as part of it's Countdown to Christmas -- the perfect way to start off a holiday movie marathon. I had the opportunity to check out the full movie a few days ago and I have to say it is a-dor-a-ble! Christmas carols, snow, and of course, romance will always be a winning formula as far as I'm concerned. To top it all off, the themes of love and family in the movie are relevant any time of year. If you're looking for a good, clean movie to watch with the entire family while you're trimming the tree or wrapping gifts, Let It Snow is one you'll want to tune in for.

Check out the trailer for Let It Snow and set your alarms or your DVR for Saturday, November 30 @ 8pm EST on the Hallmark Channel so you don't miss a second of this sweet Christmas treat! Remember, even if you don't have access to your TV, you can watch a variety of full length holiday movies anytime this season right on the Hallmark Channel website!

About Let it Snow:
When a family owned ski lodge is sold to a hotel conglomerate, a driven hotel executive must decide if she should follow the company orders to transform the lodge into a modern winter hot spot, or embrace her new found holiday spirit and keep its Christmas traditions alive.

    1. Lucky you! Glad it's good - I'll be on the lookout for its DVD next year. :)

If I may ask, do you know, does Hallmark have any blogger programs? I've been curious...

    2. I actually am not sure about that! An author I'm friends with on Facebook posted a message wondering if any book bloggers reviewed TV and I told her I did and she gave me information so I could log onto the Hallmark press site and watch the movie. I'm not sure if it was a one time thing or what! I myself would love to review more of the Hallmark movies.

  4. I don't get the Hallmark channel either but I do love their movies!!! I think Netflix has some on their site. :-)

  5. Does anyone know if there is a way to find the patterns used to make items seen in the movie? Candace wore an adorable twisted headband I would like to make but I can't find a pattern like the one she wore in the movie.

    1. I have no idea! I thought her headband was cute too. You might search on Pinterest and find something. Good luck. :)
